Some handsets come with two applications, specifically targeted at emerging markets, which are: Nokia Life Tolls, and, Mail On Ovi. Mail On Ovi enables you to setupyour own e-mail account, with no need to own a computer. One of the cheapest handset available is the 1202, retailing for €25
